Our Team
Phil Balisciano
Phil brings 18+ years of experience creating interactive experiences for some of the world's most recognized children's brands, including Disney, PBS Kids, Pokémon, and Hasbro. His work has spanned game design, digital product development, and interactive storytelling — reaching millions of kids and families worldwide. He now applies that expertise to healthcare, where engaging design is needed most. As co-founder and CEO of Ludolumi, Phil leads product vision and development.
Kristine Balisciano, MHS
Kristine holds a Master of Health Science in Health Promotion and brings a wealth of experience at the intersection of healthcare, education, and children's media. She has worked across K-12 education, health research at Boise State University, and healthcare quality and patient safety at St. Luke's Health System. Most recently, she spent 10+ years in leadership and operations at an interactive agency. She brings organizational strategy and SHRM-SCP certification to her role as co-founder and COO at Ludolumi.
